Have you noticed that many farm fields are dotted with a variety of machines as if they have been left where they conked out?  Or are they simply waiting for their next task?  Anyway, the beautiful autumn colours, the long shadows and the reds of the tractors in this scene really appealed to me. I found it along Martindale Road on the Peninsula of Vancouver Island, an area where I have found inspiration for many paintings.
