This painting, "Sweet Dream," is my attempt to show how something extraordinary can be hidden behind simplicity. I depicted an ordinary hen, comfortably settled in a straw nest. She seems simple and grounded, yet in her dream, she is a radiant bird in a splendid garden, graced by the presence of another majestic soul. Together, they are peacocks — timeless symbols of elegance and wonder.

 

The deep blue background and golden accents help create a sense of magic, conveying the contrast between the ordinary and the sublime. Through this image, I wanted to remind everyone that within each of us lies a world of dreams where we can be something greater than what others see.

 

This work is about how outer simplicity can conceal a rich inner world. And sometimes, to gain strength, all you need is to allow yourself to dream.
