A bright and fruitful summer harvest lays in front of a cold winter landscape seen through an arched window. Life brings us gifts each day, but why is it so difficult to live in the here and now? A bird sits on the white, cold background of the window like a frozen question, an exclamation mark. Why is the receding horizon line so attractive to us? Why do we constantly peer into the cold unknown with anxiety and hope? Why is it so difficult to simply enjoy life today with gratitude for every moment lived?
